Following his retirement as Musical Director of the London Welsh Male Voice Choir, having held the position for thirty years, Haydn  is now increasingly in demand as a guest conductor and adjudicator.

 In September 2009, he was invited to direct a new young male chorus; this semi-professional group, Eschoir, are currently developing a broad and varied repertoire and have already established themselves as an exciting young choir.
Haydn will continue as Musical Director for the Welsh Rugby Union, leading the singing of choirs, band and suporters at international games in the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff.
